Jason Ross is the General Manager at Bouré. He has been at Bouré since its inception in 2002. Jason graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree, with an emphasis on Hospitality Management. He currently lives with his wife, Tara and daughter, Swayze. He loves cooking ribs, good pulled pork and his dog, Henry.
Phillip Chaney is the Operations Manager at Bouré. Phillip was born and raised in Tupelo, MS and he moved to Oxford 20 years ago to attend the University of Mississippi, and during his time as a student, he found he would eventually make Oxford his home. Phil has over 18 years in the restaurant industry. His job history in Oxford includes long periods of time at each Old Venice Pizza Company, and Newks Express Café. He has experience as a kitchen manager, general manager, director of quality control, and opening and branding new restaurants. Phil is married and has been for 10 years and has two little boys. In Phil's off time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
